- We also run various in-house competitions throughout the year, typically:
Spring Tournament: social, mixed tournament to coincide with the beginning of the new tennis season; a great opportunity to meet fellow members and have fun on the courts. 11th of May 2025.
Late Spring/early Summer: we hold a range of Junior Competitions: Parent and Child round robin, LTA ‘Road to Wimbledon’ for 14 year olds and under, Juniors under 12’s and 13 and overs.
The Summer Tournament: round-robins and knock-out stages played over 3 months, across 5 categories, culminating on the 15th of September 2024 when all 5 finals are played, with food and beverages throughout the day for players and spectators.
In October, the Autumn Tournament: mixed pairs are drawn on the day. All short matches, including the final, played on the day. Great fun.
